Retiree Pledging Process

Did you Know?

Retirees can continue Payroll Deduction Pledges to United Way when they retire or can start a new pledge!

Please follow these simple steps:

  • Download the pledge form and print it out.

  • Complete the pledge form.

    Retiree Pledge Form Samples

  • Important: You must include your Social Security Number.
  • Mail to:

  • We will return a copy with acknowledgement and forward the form to the appropriate contact at the State Retirement Pay System for processing.
