POLICY TRAINING AND HILL DAY: September 21-22
As you may know, we are hosting a Policy Training and Hill Day on September 21-22 at United Way Worldwide. We invite all United Way staff and stakeholders that are interested in beginning or scaling up their advocacy work to join us. The two-day conference will focus on general and advanced trainings on how to advocate for our Education, Income and Health policy priorities, followed by an opportunity for you to lobby your congressional representatives. The registration fee is $149. Hotel reservations should be made at the Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria: (703) 836-4700. The cut off date for reservations is Thursday, September 8.
